Level 1 1

What is Reiki? “A healing technique based on the principle that the therapist can channel energy into the patient by means of touch, to activate the natural healing processes of the patient’s body and restore physical and emotional well-being”.

Usui Reiki is an ancient Japanese healing art rediscovered by Dr Mikao Usui at the end of the 19th Century. During a treatment the therapist channels positive energy into your body via the placing of their hands on or above specific areas and alignments. Reiki energy will always go to where it is most needed and never harms or negatively affects the person receiving or giving the treatment. There is no undressing or spiritual belief required to receive Reiki and it is a very safe complementary therapy for most health conditions.
