Lighthouse Tai Chi usually spend summer term visiting schools to provide taster classes. This video is aimed at children at nursery or primary school. Tai chi is a great exercise for little bodies and we understand that children of all ages can benefit from letting go of stress too. The moves are traditional tai chi but delivered in a fun format with lots of animals and ideas for playing tai chi as a family.
